This practice began as a way of using materials I already had on hand. Some of these crystals were treasures from my childhood, which I then reworked using beads from old broken necklaces.

​

Quartz crystals channel positive energy, and each stone has its own unique properties. Through their transformation from one form of jewellery to another, the pendants are transporters of positive change and creativity. I have also begun making pendants with polymer clay that are designed to wear with the crystals and to complement their aesthetic, referencing occult and pagan themes.

Each pendant made by Stone Penchant is unique and different. It is handcrafted using an intuitive process, not made by machines or cheap labour.
